KDW-1807 is a one-component condensed silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing atmospheric moisture. This quick-curing adhesive offers excellent electrical insulation, waterproofing, and thermal stability for electronic components.

Storage & Transportation
Store in cool, dry conditions with adequate ventilation. Transported as non-dangerous goods. Shelf life: 6 months at 25℃.
Application Process
- Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surface thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and oily residues
- Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
- Curing: Expose to air; complete curing depends on thickness (2mm thickness cures in 24 hours at 25℃, 50% humidity)
- Storage: Seal remaining sealant immediately after use; remove surface crust before reuse
