KDW-3582 Two-Component Silicone Sealant with 0.8 Thermal Conductivity and UL94V-0 Rating for Electronics Potting
KDW-3582(1:1) is a high thermal conductivity two-component silicone sealant designed for electronics potting, sealing, and protection applications. This UV adhesive offers deep curing capabilities with excellent liquidity, UV resistance, weather resistance, and long-term outdoor performance.
This two-component silicone potting compound provides deep curing with excellent UV resistance, weather resistance, rain resistance, and dirt resistance after mixing. It delivers long-term service for outdoor product fixation, waterproofing, dustproofing, and anti-creep applications.

Note: Operation time tested based on 100g adhesive. All data measured after 7 days curing at 25℃ and 55% RH.
Component A: 25KG plastic drum; Component B: 25KG plastic drum. Custom packaging options available.
- Avoid light and heat exposure, keep sealed (transportable as non-dangerous goods)
- Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃
- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection
- Inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble generation
- Place sealed components to allow natural bubble discharge; vacuum defoaming recommended before potting
- Cure at room temperature; rubber develops elasticity within 1-6 hours
