KDW-3582 is a high-performance two-component silicone potting compound with excellent thermal conductivity (0.8 W/m·K) and UL94V-0 flame retardant rating. This room temperature curing adhesive provides superior protection for electronic components operating in demanding environments.

Application Process
- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly
- Inject mixture into components requiring potting protection
- For best results, inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubbles
- Place sealed component for self-bubbling discharge
- Optional: Vacuum defoaming of mixed rubber before potting
- Cure at room temperature - achieves elasticity within 1-6 hours
