KDW-3582(1:1) is a two-component silicone potting compound designed for comprehensive electronic component protection. This condensation-type material offers excellent thermal conductivity, UV resistance, and long-term outdoor durability.

Operation time is tested based on 100g adhesive. All data was measured by testing after 7 days curing under the condition of 25℃ and 55%RH.

Packaging
Component A: 25KG plastic drum; Component B: 25KG plastic drum. Custom packaging options available.
Storage and Transportation
Avoid light and heat, keep sealed (transported and stored as non-dangerous goods). Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃.
Operation Process
Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring protection. Injection along one side reduces air bubbles. Cures at room temperature with elasticity developing within 1-6 hours.
