KDW-3582 two-component silicone adhesive offers exceptional thermal conductivity (0.8 W/m·K) and UL94V-0 flame retardant rating for demanding electronic applications requiring reliable potting, sealing, and protection.

This 1:1 ratio silicone compound provides deep curing with excellent liquidity, UV resistance, weather resistance, and long-term performance for outdoor electronic components requiring fixation, waterproofing, dustproofing, and anti-creep protection.

Storage & Transportation
- Avoid light and heat exposure, keep sealed (transportable as non-dangerous goods)
- 12-month shelf life at 25℃
Application Process
- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly until uniform
- Inject mixture into components requiring potting protection
- Apply along one side of wall to minimize air bubble formation
- Place sealed component for self-degassing or vacuum defoaming prior to potting
- Cure at room temperature, developing elasticity within 1-6 hours
