KDW-3582(1:1) is a two-component, addition-cure liquid silicone potting compound designed for electronic component protection. This low-viscosity material offers excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.

Operation Instructions
1. Weigh components A and B according to 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly until uniform
2. Inject mixture into components requiring potting protection - preferably along one side to minimize air bubbles
3. Place sealed component for self-bubbling discharge; vacuum defoaming recommended before potting
4. Cure at room temperature - typically develops elasticity within 1-6 hours
Storage & Packaging
Storage: Avoid light and heat, keep sealed (non-dangerous goods). Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃.
Packaging: Component A: 25KG plastic drum; Component B: 25KG plastic drum. Custom packaging available.
