KDW-3582 RTV Silicone Potting Compound 25KG with 0.8 W/mK Thermal Conductivity and UL94V-0 Rating
KDW-3582(1:1) is a two-component, addition-cure RTV silicone potting compound designed for superior protection of electronic components. This 25KG packaged material offers excellent thermal conductivity (0.8 W/mK), waterproofing capabilities, and UL94V-0 flame retardant rating.

- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly
- Pour mixture into components requiring protection
- Inject along one side to minimize air bubbles
- Allow to cure at room temperature (1-6 hours for elasticity)
- For optimal results, vacuum defoam mixed compound before potting
Store in cool, dark conditions with containers sealed. Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃. Packaged in 25KG plastic drums for each component. Custom packaging available upon request.
