KDW-3582(1:1) is a two-component silicone potting compound designed for electronic component protection. This dirt-resistant material offers excellent thermal conductivity (0.8 W/m·K) and operates across a wide temperature range from -50°C to +250°C.

Operation Instructions
1. Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly until uniform
2. Inject mixture into components requiring potting protection
3. For optimal results, inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubbles
4. Vacuum defoaming recommended before potting for bubble elimination
5. Cure at room temperature - material develops elasticity within 1-6 hours

• Store in sealed containers away from light and heat
