KDW-3582 is a high-performance two-component silicone potting compound designed for superior protection of electronic components. This white/gray silicone gel offers excellent thermal conductivity and comprehensive environmental resistance.

This condensation-type silicone compound provides deep curing with excellent liquidity, UV resistance, weather resistance, rain resistance, and dirt resistance after mixing. Storage and Transportation
- Avoid light and heat, keep sealed (can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods)
- Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃
Application Process
- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection
- Inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble formation
- Place sealed components for self-degassing, or use vacuum defoaming before potting
- Cure at room temperature - achieves elasticity within 1-6 hours
