KDW-1536 Solar Panel Silicone Sealant - 260°C Temperature Range, 200% Elongation, Moisture Resistant Adhesive
KDW-1536 deketoximized silicone sealant is a neutral, single-component RTV silicone sealant that cures at room temperature by absorbing atmospheric moisture. Specifically engineered for solar panel applications, it provides superior adhesion and sealing performance for solar cell component aluminum frames, junction boxes, and protection against pollution and oxidation of crystalline and polycrystalline silicon.

Thoroughly clean the surface of adherend or coated object, removing all rust, dirt, and greasy contaminants.
Cut the head of the plastic tube, attach the long nozzle, and extrude the adhesive onto the clean surface. Immediately fix the adherend in position.
Place adhesive units in air for curing. Full cure is achieved after 24 hours at room temperature.
Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove any surface crust before subsequent use - this does not affect product performance.
