KDW-3582 (6:1) two-component silicone potting compound delivers excellent thermal conductivity (≥0.4 W/m·K) and UL94V-0 flame retardant rating for solar module dustproof applications and electronic protection.
Performance Characteristics
This condensation-type silicone compound provides deep curing with excellent liquidity, UV resistance, weather resistance, rain resistance, and dirt resistance. It offers long-term outdoor performance for fixation, waterproofing, dustproofing, and anti-creep applications.

Storage & Transportation
- Avoid light and heat, keep sealed (transported and stored as non-dangerous goods)
- 12-month shelf life at 25℃
Operation Process
- Weigh components A and B in 6:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection
- Inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble formation
- Place sealed component for self-bubble discharge; vacuum defoaming recommended before potting
- Cure at room temperature - achieves elasticity within 1-6 hours
