KDW-3582 (6:1 ratio) condensation two-part silicone adhesive compound provides comprehensive potting sealing and protection for various components. This formulation ensures deep curing with excellent flow characteristics, delivering superior UV resistance, weather resistance, rain resistance, and dirt resistance after mixing. The compound offers long-term performance for outdoor applications requiring fixation, waterproofing, dustproofing, and anti-creep protection.

Storage & Transportation
  • Avoid light and heat exposure, keep sealed (can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods)
  • Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃
Operation Process
  1. Weigh components A and B according to 6:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection
  2. Inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble generation
  3. Place sealed component for self-bubble discharge; vacuum defoaming recommended before potting
  4. Cure at room temperature - typically achieves elasticity within 1-6 hours
