Operation time tested based on 100g adhesive. All data measured after 7 days curing at 25℃ and 55% RH.
Packaging Options

Storage & Transportation
- Avoid light and heat exposure, keep sealed (can be transported and stored as non-dangerous goods)
- Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃
Operation Process
- Weigh components A and B according to 6:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection
- Inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble generation
- Place sealed component for self-bubble discharge; vacuum defoaming recommended before potting
- Cure at room temperature - typically achieves elasticity within 1-6 hours
