KDW-3582 Two-Component Silicone Potting Compound with 0.4 W/mK Thermal Conductivity and UL94V-0 Rating
KDW-3582 two-component silicone potting compound provides excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation for electronic component protection. This addition-cure silicone adhesive offers superior waterproofing, dampproofing, and environmental resistance properties.

Mix components A and B in 6:1 ratio by weight. Stir thoroughly until uniform, then pour into components requiring protection. For optimal results, pour along one side to minimize air bubbles. Cures at room temperature with elasticity developing within 1-6 hours.
