KDW-3582 thermally conductive potting compound is a two-component silicone material designed for weather-proof sealing and protection of electronic components. This addition-cure system offers excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and long-term outdoor durability.

Application Instructions
- Mix components A and B in 6:1 ratio by weight
- Stir thoroughly until uniform consistency
- Pour along one side of enclosure to minimize air bubbles
- Cure at room temperature (elasticity achieved in 1-6 hours)
- For optimal results, vacuum degas mixed compound before potting
