KDW-3582 (6:1) two-component silicone potting compound provides excellent thermal conductivity and waterproof protection for plastic components. This low viscosity material offers deep curing with superior UV resistance, weather resistance, and long-term outdoor durability.

Packaging
Component A: 12KG plastic drum; Component B: 5KG plastic drum. Custom packaging options available.
Storage & Transportation
Store in cool, dark conditions with sealed containers. Transported as non-dangerous goods. Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃.
Application Process
Mix components A and B in 6:1 ratio, stir thoroughly, then inject into components requiring protection. For optimal results, inject along one side to minimize air bubbles. Cures at room temperature with elasticity achieved within 1-6 hours.
