High-performance thermal conductive potting adhesive designed for component protection and sealing applications. Features excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity up to 0.4 W/mK, and UL94V-0 flame retardant rating.

Note: All data measured after 7 days curing at 25°C and 55% RH. Operation time tested with 100g adhesive.
Application Instructions
1. Weigh components A and B in 6:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring protection. Injection along one side wall reduces air bubble formation.
2. Place sealed components for self-degassing. For optimal results, vacuum degas mixed compound before potting. Cures at room temperature with elasticity achieved within 1-6 hours.
