- Minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall

KDW-987 Chimney Anti-Corrosion Interface Rubber
- Moderate viscosity for easy application without flowing
- Room temperature curing by absorbing atmospheric moisture

Application Process
Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean chimney inner wall surfaces, removing all dust, grease, and contaminants to ensure optimal adhesion.
Prime Coating Application
Apply KDW-116 using professional spraying equipment, allowing to dry completely at room temperature.
Masonry Rubber Application
Mix components A and B in 10:1 ratio, stir until uniformly black colored, then apply between foam glass bricks and chimney wall with minimum 3mm thickness.
Interface Rubber Application
Smoothly apply KDW-987 to chimney inner wall surfaces, allowing to cure at room temperature by absorbing atmospheric moisture.
