Application Guidelines
KDW-116 Prime Coating Application
- Clean chimney inner wall surface to remove dust and contaminants
- Apply using professional spraying tools for uniform coverage
- Allow to dry completely at room temperature
KDW-982 Masonry Rubber Installation
- Mix components A and B at 10:1 ratio (adjustable ±15% for temperature control)
- Stir thoroughly until uniform black coloration is achieved
- Apply minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall, 1mm between bricks
KDW-987 Interface Rubber Application
- Prepare clean, dry surface free of dust and grease
- Apply smoothly with professional tools
- Cure at room temperature (2-3mm thickness cures within 24 hours at 25°C, 50% humidity)
