Low viscosity formulation for easy spraying with excellent adhesion performance and fast room temperature curing.
KDW-982 Chimney Anti-Corrosion Masonry Rubber
Features good thixotropy to prevent flow on vertical surfaces. Color change indicates proper mixing. Adjustable ratio (10:1 base ratio) allows seasonal adaptation with 1-hour operation time at 25°C.
KDW-987 Chimney Anti-Corrosion Interface Rubber
Medium viscosity formulation for easy application without flowing. Cures at room temperature by absorbing atmospheric moisture.

Application Instructions
KDW-116 Prime Coating
- Clean chimney inner wall surface to remove dust and greasy dirt
- Spray directly onto surface using professional spraying tools
- Allow to dry at room temperature
KDW-982 Masonry Rubber
- Mix components A and B at 10:1 ratio (adjustable ±15% for curing speed)
- Stir completely until uniform black color is achieved
- Apply between foam glass bricks and chimney wall with minimum 3mm thickness
- Apply between bricks with minimum 1mm thickness
KDW-987 Interface Rubber
- Clean surface to remove dust and greasy dirt
- Apply smoothly with professional tools
- Cure at room temperature (2-3mm thickness cures within 24 hours at 25°C, 50% humidity)
