Packaging Information
- KDW-116: 10KG/iron drum
- KDW-982: Component A - 25KG/drum; Component B - 0.4KG/sausage or 0.33KG/plastic tube
- KDW-987: 25KG/plastic drum
Storage & Transportation
Store in sealed containers at temperatures not exceeding 28℃. Shelf life is 9 months when sealed at 23~25℃.
Application Instructions
KDW-116 (Prime Coating)
- Clean the chimney inner wall surface, removing dust and greasy dirt
- Spray the prime coating using professional tools and allow to dry at room temperature
KDW-982 (Chimney Anti-Corrosion Masonry Rubber)
- Mix rubber at 10:1 ratio (component A:B) with 1 hour operation time at 25℃
- Stir completely using electric tools until evenly colored black
- Apply mixed rubber on foam glass bricks or light vitreous tiles, ensuring minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall, and 1mm between bricks
KDW-987 (Chimney Anti-Corrosion Interface Rubber)
- Clean the chimney inner wall surface
- Apply rubber smoothly using professional tools and allow to cure at room temperature
- Curing occurs by absorbing moisture from air - 2-3mm thickness cures completely within 24 hours at 25℃ with 50% humidity
