KDW PRTV anti-pollution flashover coating is a high-performance RTV silicone sealant specifically designed for high voltage line insulators. This translucent fluid coating provides superior external insulation protection with excellent electrical properties and long-term durability.

Application Instructions
- Clean insulator surface thoroughly with dry cloth before application
- Apply on clean, dry surfaces in favorable weather conditions
- Spray coating to achieve minimum thickness of 0.25mm, avoiding holidays
- Tack free time: approximately 30 minutes
- Complete curing time: 24 hours after application
