- Minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall

- Moderate viscosity for easy application without flowing
- Room-temperature moisture-curing elastomer
- 24-hour complete cure for 2-3mm thickness at 25°C/50% humidity

Application Process
Surface Preparation
Clean chimney inner wall surfaces thoroughly, removing all dust and greasy contaminants before application.
Prime Coating Application
Spray KDW-116 directly onto prepared surfaces using professional spraying equipment. Allow to dry at room temperature.
Masonry Rubber Application
Mix components A and B in 10:1 ratio (adjustable ±15%). Stir until uniformly black color is achieved. Apply between foam glass bricks and chimney wall with minimum 3mm thickness.
Interface Rubber Application
Smoothly apply KDW-987 to chimney surfaces. Curing occurs through moisture absorption at room temperature.
