KDW PRTV Anti-Pollution Silicone Electrical Insulating Coating 80-120S Viscosity ≥18 KV/mm Dielectric Strength
KDW PRTV anti-pollution flashover coating is a high-performance silicone coating designed for electrical insulation applications. This room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) coating cures by absorbing atmospheric moisture and provides superior protection for high-voltage insulators.
Excellent dielectric strength (≥18 KV/mm) and volume resistivity (≥1×10¹⁴ Ω*cm) ensure reliable insulation protection.
Superior resistance to UV radiation, rain, hail, and outdoor aging with excellent hydrophobicity migration properties.
Low viscosity (80-120S) enables easy spraying with tack-free time of ≤45 minutes at 25℃.

All data measured after 7 days curing at 25℃ and 55% RH
- Clean insulator surface with dry cloth before application
- Apply in favorable weather conditions on clean, dry surfaces
- Maintain coating thickness ≥0.25mm, avoiding holidays
- Tack-free time: approximately 30 minutes
- Full cure time: 24 hours after application
Available in 5 KG and 10 KG iron drums with custom packaging options. Store in cool, dry, ventilated areas away from light and heat. Shelf life: 12 months at 25℃.
