Application Instructions
KDW-116 Prime Coating Application
- Surface Preparation: Clean chimney inner wall surface, remove dust and greasy contaminants
- Application: Spray directly onto prepared surface using professional spraying equipment
- Curing: Allow to dry at room temperature
KDW-982 Masonry Rubber Application
- Mixing: Combine components A and B at 10:1 ratio (adjustable ±15% for temperature control)
- Stirring: Mix thoroughly until uniform black color is achieved
- Installation: Apply minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall, 1mm between bricks
KDW-987 Interface Rubber Application
- Surface Preparation: Clean surface thoroughly
- Application: Apply smoothly with professional tools
- Curing: Allow to cure at room temperature, forming elastomer through moisture absorption
