The silicone-based formulation provides excellent weather resistance, high temperature tolerance up to 180°C, acid resistance, and fire resistance, meeting all technical requirements for power plant chimney protection.

Storage & Transportation
Store in sealed containers at temperatures not exceeding 28°C. Shelf life of 9 months when sealed at 23-25°C.
Operation Process
KDW-116 Application
- Clean chimney inner wall surface, removing dust and contaminants
- Spray prime coating using professional tools and allow to dry at room temperature
KDW-982 Application
- Mix components A and B at recommended 10:1 ratio
- Stir completely until uniform black color is achieved
- Apply mixed rubber to foam glass bricks, ensuring minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall
KDW-987 Application
- Clean surface and remove contaminants
- Smoothly apply rubber to chimney inner wall
- Allow to cure at room temperature (24 hours for 2-3mm thickness)
