Packaging Information
- KDW-116: 10KG per iron drum
- KDW-982: Component A - 25KG per drum; Component B - 0.4KG per sausage or 0.33KG per plastic tube

Storage & Transportation
Store in sealed containers at temperatures not exceeding 28℃. Shelf life is 9 months when sealed at 23~25℃.
Application Process
KDW-116 Prime Coating
- Clean the surface: Remove dust and greasy dirt from chimney inner wall
- Sizing: Spray prime coating using professional tools and allow to dry at room temperature
KDW-982 Chimney Anti-Corrosion Masonry Rubber
- Mix rubber: Use 10:1 ratio (component A:B) with 1 hour operation time at 25℃
- Stir: Mix completely with electric tool until evenly colored
- Paste: Apply mixed rubber on foam glass bricks or light vitreous tiles, ensuring minimum 3mm thickness between bricks and chimney wall, and 1mm thickness between bricks
KDW-987 Chimney Anti-Corrosion Interface Rubber
- Clean the surface: Remove dust and greasy dirt
- Sizing: Apply rubber smoothly with professional tools and cure at room temperature
- Cure: Product cures by absorbing moisture in air; 2-3mm thickness cures completely within 24 hours at 25℃ with 50% humidity
