KDW PRTV anti-pollution flashover coating is a high-performance silicone coating designed for electrical insulation applications. This neutral-cure coating provides excellent anti-sparking properties and long-term protection for high-voltage equipment.

Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct light and heat sources. Shelf life: 12 months at 25℃.
- Clean insulator surface with dry cloth before application
- Apply in favorable weather conditions, avoiding holidays
- Spray on clean, dry surface with coating thickness ≥0.25mm
- Tack free time: approximately 30 minutes
- Full curing time: 24 hours after application
