Professional and Efficient Food Processing Solutions
- Baked Goods: Biscuits, bread, etc. Choose PU belts (glossy or matte finish) depending on the equipment.
- Meat Processing: Processing of poultry, livestock, and seafood.
- Puffed Foods: Potato chips, etc. Primarily PU belts and mesh belts.
- Fruit and Vegetable Conveying and Cleaning: Currently, PVC belts (blue/white) and mesh belts are primarily used. For example, for fruit lifting, use a PU belt+T100/T120 baffled lifting belt, and mesh belts for fruit cleaning. Vegetable Deep Processing: PU belts, primarily blue. Depending on the processing technology, either standard PU belts or easy-clean belts are recommended.
- Frozen Foods: Dumplings, glutinous rice balls, etc. Use plastic mesh belts for tunnel cooling. For conveying, standard PU belts or meat-cutting belts may be recommended, depending on the production equipment. Low-temperature easy-clean belts may be recommended near tunnel exits.
- Chocolate Confectionery: Primarily PU belts, 0.8mm-1.5mm, primarily smooth finish.
