As an ideal alternative to replace PE Wax BASF Joncryl Wax 4, WQ-1540 is a water-based PE wax dispersion in China, which is designed to impart excellent dispersion, outstanding wear resistance and scratch resistance to pigment coatings. Ascribed to these outstanding features, this wax additive is ideal for applications such as:  Printing inks for flexographic or gravure applications , Interior/exterior wood coatings for flooring, furniture, or millwork applications Processing. This polyethylene wax emulsion could be used in mold release for rubber and plastic products, and composite materials.  

 

It is featured with excellent dispersion, which are capable to distribute evenly among water-based system , ensures the full blend with other compositions to improve the stability and consistency in the final products. This wax emulsion forms a uniform layer of strong protective film over surface of the mold, significantly enhance its abrasion resistance and scratch resistance. This is highly suitable for various applications requiring high durability, especially for the mold manufacturing.
