Water Based PE Wax Additive White Emulsion For High Clarity Varnish In Automotive

WQ-W750 is a non-ionic, water-based polyethylene wax dispersion emulsion, offering high clarity, excellent scratch and abrasion resistance, and enhanced surface slip properties. With a solid content of 40%, a pH range of 7-10, and a melting point of 116°C, WQ-W750 PE Wax in China is designed to meet the demanding requirements of high-clarity varnish. While counterpart polyethylene wax BASF and Ultralube GA2000 are both of well-established product in the market, WQ-W750 offers comparable or superior performance in terms of clarity, scratch resistance, and surface smoothness. Additionally, its water-based nature provides an advantage in terms of environmental compliance and safety.

WQ-W750’s exceptional transparency makes it an ideal additive for automotive varnish, ensuring a deep, mirror-like finish that enhances the visual appeal of the vehicle. This is particularly important for luxury and high-end cars, where a flawless and glossy appearance is critical. In addition, it is also suited for automotive refinish varnish, motorcycle and bicycle varnish.
