Sag Resistance Hydrophilic Curing Agent , Hydrophilic Aliphatic Polyisocyanate Liquid
WL-AC309 is a hydrophilically modified aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent, synthesized from 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It exhibits unlimited miscibility with hydrophilic auxiliary solvents and must be diluted with solvents meeting polyurethane application standards. It offers a long pot life, fast drying speed, rapid hardness development, excellent sag resistance, and outstanding weatherability. In addition, it significantly enhances the physical and chemical performance of water-based coatings or inks. The 2K PU coating formulated with WL-AC309 exhibits high gloss, superior fullness, and anti-yellowing properties, suitable for applications in aluminium powder paint, topcoat and varnish in various metal substrates.
