WL-AD3972 is a cost-effective hydroxyl acrylic dispersion . Formulated with amino resin to prepare for high-performance amino baking paint to be applied in various products like motorcycle components. It is featured with outstanding color rendering property, which enhances the color vibrancy and fullness in the final coatings. The hydroxyl ACRYLIC dispersion is also utilized in the primer and topcoat for various metal substrates.
It is recommended to mix the WL-AD 3972 and hydroxylated acrylic thixotropic resin WL-AD 3971, which can produce a high-gloss topcoat with excellent color development.

Storage Condition |
The hydroxypropyl dispersion should be kept in tightly sealed original containers. Stored in a dry and well-ventilated place at temperatures between 5℃ to 30℃. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or UV radiation to avoid changes in the emulsion's composition. Avoid mechanical shear, vigorous shaking or stirring to prevent particle aggregation or emulsion breakdown. Regularly inspect the emulsion for any signs of odor, discoloration, or flocculation. |
