Water Dispersible Aliphatic Polyisocyanate Curing Agent Based On HDI For PU Coating
WL-AC301 is a water-dispersible aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent based on 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is designed for use with waterborne polyurethanes, acrylic emulsions in water-based coatings and adhesive applications. 2K PU coating prepared with this curing agent exhibits outstanding early-stage water resistance, high gloss with exceptional fullness, rapid drying, excellent scratch resistance, and superior yellowing/chemical resistance. The HDI-derived hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent enhances physico-chemical properties of waterborne coatings/inks while maintaining excellent hand-mixability.
