Water Based Epoxy Primer Curing Agent Excellent Salt Spray Resistance Anti Corrosion
This zinc-free, high-build water based epoxy primer system is engineered for heavy-duty anti-corrosion applications requiring thick film deposition (>1200 μm DFT per ISO 2808).
The formulated coating delivers:
Water resistance: >360 hours (ISO 9227 CW)
Salt spray resistance: >360 hours (ASTM B117)
Construction solids content: ≥70% by mass (ISO 11901)
Featuring optimized non-volatile content and reduced pigment-volume concentration,the system maintains excellent mechanical interlocking and adhesion properties while eliminating zinc-containing raw material dependencies.

Application
It is a self-emulsifying modified polyamine adduct. It is recommended to be used with water-based epoxy resin to prepare two-component water-based epoxy coatings. It is designed for anti-corrosion primers on metal substrates.
