Product Description:

It is a water-based epoxy dispersion. It is recommended to be used with super epoxy curing agent to prepare high-performance water-based epoxy coatings. It is designed for anti-corrosion primers, topcoats, etc. for various metal substrates.

 WL-AD223 Waterborne 2K Epoxy Resin, when combined with our proprietary WL-AC042 Curing Agent, forms a high-performance coating system designed for decorative applications requiring gloss retention. This system is suitable for conventional epoxy primers, topcoats, and unified primer-topcoat systems, particularly in automotive components such as shock absorbers and brake discs, with recommended baking at 90-110°C.

Features:

· Excellent thin coating salt spray performance, film thickness 15-20μm, salt spray more than 240h;

· Excellent gloss stability, gloss fluctuation between self-drying and baking is less than 3 degrees, gloss fluctuation between high and low temperature baking (100℃ and 80℃) is less than 2 degrees, and gloss fluctuation within 2h of activation period at 35℃ is less than 5 degrees;

· The formula is simple, efficient, environmentally friendly, and widely applicable. The formula system does not contain any anti-rust pigments, can be used for base and surface, and salt spray more than 720h;

· Outstanding thermal storage salt spray stability, 50℃ thermal storage for 15d, salt spray stable.
