WQ-P2201 is a high-performance polyethylene wax powder manufactured by Wangqin Chemical using specialized processing technology. With narrow molecular weight distribution and high crystallinity, this product delivers exceptional surface performance and stability in solvent-based coatings, inks, and powder coating systems.

WQ-P2201 effectively reduces surface tackiness under elevated temperature and pressure conditions. Its highly crystalline structure forms a micro-textured protective layer that significantly lowers the coefficient of friction and minimizes surface adhesion. Usage Recommendations
Dosage: Typical addition levels range from 0.5% to 2.0%, depending on formulation requirements. High-speed mixing equipment is required for dispersion in liquid coatings and ink systems.
