The Industrial 30 TPH Ultrapure Water System with Two-Pass RO and EDI is engineered to deliver stable, high-purity ultrapure water for demanding industrial applications. This advanced system integrates ultrafiltration (UF), two-pass reverse osmosis (RO), EDI (electrodeionization) and polishing units to ensure consistent water quality, exceptional reliability and long-term operational efficiency.
This ultrapure water system employs a two-pass RO configuration with high-rejection membranes to effectively remove dissolved salts, organic matter and silica. The downstream EDI system further eliminates trace ions without chemical usage, enabling continuous production of ultrapure water with high resistivity and low conductivity. An optional polishing mixed bed (PMB) can be incorporated as a final treatment step to meet ultra-strict water quality requirements.
