Basic Product Properties
Cemedine 8008B (Black) and 8008W (White) are one-component moisture-curing polyurethane structural adhesives designed for high-strength and weather-resistant bonding. Both feature high solid content (>94%), excellent deep-section curing capability, and broad substrate compatibility. 8008W exhibits lower viscosity at elevated temperatures, while 8008B offers superior electrical insulation properties.
Product Introduction
This series utilizes modified polyurethane chemistry for rapid moisture activation and deep curing. 8008W is a white paste, while 8008B is black, with densities of 1.27 g/cm³ and 1.26 g/cm³ respectively. At 23°C/50%RH, both achieve a curing depth of 1.75–1.83 mm within 24 hours, forming flexible bonds (200% elongation for 8008W, 310% for 8008B) that absorb thermal stress. The formulation ensures stable mechanical and electrical performance from -40°C to 120°C.
