Araldite® 2019 is a two-component epoxy structural adhesive paste with high strength and toughness, designed for bonding composites (e.g., CFRP), metals, ceramics, and other substrates. Post-curing at elevated temperatures enhances its performance, and it remains stable at temperatures up to 140°C (284°F).
Product Description
Araldite® 2019 is engineered for high-performance structural bonding, offering exceptional lap shear strength (>25 MPa) and impact resistance. Its formulation includes spacers to guarantee a minimum bond line thickness of 0.05 mm, ensuring optimal strength. The adhesive is thixotropic at room temperature for easy application and provides a pot life of 100-120 minutes (25°C) after mixing.
