Basic Properties
Cemedine 8008L is a two-part elastic structural adhesive with density 1.24-1.25 g/cm³, viscosity 22-24 Pa·s. Post-cure Shore A hardness 35-39, elongation at break 300-320%, engineered for structural bonding of metals and plastics.
Product Description
8008L achieves 2.04 mm displacement after 24h cure, with tensile strength 0.9-1.3 MPa. Elasticity absorbs vibration stress, bonding aluminum alloy (2.6 N/mm²), SPCC steel (2.8 N/mm²), and ABS plastic (1.3 N/mm²). Maintains >90% strength after 80°C aging.
