Shin-Etsu KE-3418 is a one-part, room-temperature cure, thixotropic silicone adhesive/sealant that forms a tough and durable elastomer after curing, with exceptional high-temperature resistance. It features low odor, neutral cure, and non-corrosive properties, offering excellent unprimed adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics.
Product Description
KE-3418 is designed for high-temperature applications, withstanding intermittent exposure up to 315°C, outperforming standard high-temperature silicone materials. Its unique chemistry ensures long-term stability under extreme conditions while maintaining mechanical and electrical properties. It cures in 7 days at 23°C/50% RH with a tack-free time of 5 minutes, ideal for rapid processing.
