Cemedine 540F is a solvent-based nitrile rubber (NBR) industrial adhesive, containing 15-25% NBR rubber, 10-20% phenolic resin, and organic solvents (25-35%, methyl acetate 20-30%). Engineered for high-strength bonding, it delivers exceptional oil resistance and storage stability.

As a high-performance rubber adhesive, 540F utilizes solvent activation for rapid tack formation and deep curing. Phenolic resin enhances heat resistance (-40°C to +120°C), while NBR matrix delivers elastomeric impact absorption and vibration damping. Compliant with industrial safety standards (UN1133, Packing Group II), it requires ventilation during application.
