HIVAC-F4 can achieve a vacuum level of 10⁻⁶ Torr, and with a liquid nitrogen trap, the vacuum level can be further increased to 10⁻¹² Torr. This silicone oil does not produce oxidation gases or acidic substances when heated, ensuring stable operation of vacuum pumps over the long term.
