Basic Properties​

ShinEtsu KE-347 is a single-component, room-temperature-curing, neutral silicone sealant with self-leveling properties (viscosity 55 Pa·s). Density 1.04 g/cm³, post-cure Shore A hardness 30, designed for electronics sealing and form-in-place gasketing (FIPG) in -40°C to +180°C environments.

Product Description​

KE-347 cures via condensation reaction, achieving unprimed adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics. Its neutral cure system is non-corrosive with low odor, while volume resistivity (10 TΩ·m) and dielectric strength (20 kV/mm) provide critical electrical insulation for sensitive electronics.
