Basic Properties
Dowsil Neutral Plus is a one-part neutral-cure silicone sealant available in translucent/black/white/grey. Density 0.98-1.40 g/cm³, tack-free time 8.4-15 min, post-cure Shore A hardness 21-35. Designed for residential glazing and decorative sealing in -40°C to 150°C environments.
Product Description
Neutral Plus features 530 g/min extrusion rate and <3 mm slump for easy caulking gun application. Neutral cure is non-corrosive with unprimed adhesion to glass, anodized aluminum, and ceramics. 444-455% elongation accommodates joint movement.
