DOWSIL Sylgard 184 Silicone Elastomer 1.1KG Two-Part Encapsulant
DOWSIL™ Sylgard®184 Silicone Elastomer is a two-part, transparent silicone elastomer that cures at room temperature or with heat, with a mix ratio of 10:1 (base:curing agent). It offers excellent dielectric properties, high transparency, and good flame resistance, making it ideal for electronic encapsulation and protection.
Sylgard®184 flows easily when mixed and cures into a flexible elastomer, suitable for filling and encapsulating complex geometries. The cure process is non-exothermic and unaffected by sectional thickness or confinement, requiring no post-cure. It is UV-stable, weather-resistant, and performs reliably within a temperature range of -45°C to 200°C.
