Araldite® 2014-2 is a two-component epoxy paste adhesive with high-temperature and chemical resistance, designed for structural bonding of metals, electronic components, and composite materials.

 Part 2: Product Description

Araldite® 2014-2 is engineered for harsh environments. Its two components (A: beige paste, B: grey paste) combine to form a high-strength adhesive layer with exceptional water and chemical resistance after curing. Ideal for electronics encapsulation, metal bonding, and GRP structures.

Processing Highlights:​

• Mix ratio (by weight/volume): 100A:50B
• Pot life (100g at 25°C): 110 minutes

Part 3: Enhanced Properties

Environmental Resistance:​

• Retains >80% lap shear strength after 90-day immersion in water.
• Stable performance under tropical conditions (40°C/92% RH).
