This system comprises Araldite® CW 1305 modified epoxy resin and Aradur® HY 1300 hardener, mixed at 100:11 weight ratio. Designed for explosion-proof electrical equipment, certified UL 94 V-0 (3.0mm) and EN 45545-2 railway fire standard (R23 HL2/R24 HL3).

Product Introduction

CW 1305/HY 5809is a solvent-free epoxy system with inorganic fillers, curable at RT or elevated temperatures. Optimized viscosity (3,500 mPa·s @40℃) enables vacuum casting, forming high-density insulation with 27 kV/mm dielectric strength and 10¹⁴ Ω·cm volume resistivity

 ​​Flame Safety​​: UL 94 V-0 (3mm), LOI 36.1%, EN 45545-2 R24 HL3 compliant
Environmental Resistance​​: 0.04% water absorption (23℃/24h), 88 Shore D hardness
