MOLYKOTE G-Rapid Plus is a black solid lubricating paste composed of mineral oil and solid lubricants. It features an extremely low friction coefficient (μ=0.05–0.10), high load-carrying capacity (weld load 5,300N), broad operating temperature range (-35°C to +450°C), and contains no intentional PTFE or PFAS substances.

Designed for assembly and running-in of metallic components, this paste prevents stick-slip, seizure, and fretting corrosion while extending service life. Its unique formulation maintains stable lubrication under extreme pressure and offers emergency running protection. Applicable by brushing or spraying, it must not be mixed with greases or oils.

- Ultra-Low Friction: μ=0.10 (thread) and 0.06 (head) in M12 bolted connections; press-fit μ=0.05 with no chatter.
- Extreme Resistance: Static water resistance rating 1-90 (DIN 51807), load capacity >20,000N (Almen-Wieland).
- Eco-Safe: No PTFE/PFAS; 60-month shelf life (24 months for aerosol cans).
