Product Introduction
This product cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, releasing acetic acid vapors as a by-product to form a durable, weather-resistant silicone rubber layer. It offers excellent electrical insulation properties, chemical resistance, and low-temperature flexibility, operating without additional heating or equipment. The curing process is influenced by environmental humidity and temperature, with higher conditions accelerating cure and low temperature/dryness slowing it down.

Building on its basic attributes, RTV102’s paste consistency enables application on vertical and overhead surfaces without sagging, overcoming limitations of self-leveling sealants. It supports rapid curing at room temperature (tack-free time approximately 20 minutes) and maintains performance across a wide temperature range from -60°C to 204°C. Additionally, the product features self-adhesion properties, bonding well to various clean substrates like metals, glass, and ceramics without primers, but thickness must not exceed 6mm to avoid curing issues.
